Program Director KHTS-FM FT (PG100809): This position will be responsible for the station’s programming which includes, but not limited to: selecting music, overseeing promotions, and high profile air talent. Candidates should be aggressive, visionary CONTENT CREATORS, and possess a thorough knowledge of the contemporary Hit Music format. The Program Director directs the creative department and has the overall programming responsibility for improving ratings and revenues for the station. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years (cumulative) experience as a Program Director, APD, Music Director and/or Promotions Director. Must have full knowledge of Selector; working knowledge of Prophet/NexGen definitely helpful. This position requires someone with exceptional on-air presence as needed, outstanding people skills and the ability to analyze Arbitron results and the impact on improving the station’s standing in the market. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
